Offline Ordering. We accept mail in orders.  You can place your order online and then mail in a check or money order to  PROMEDIA, LLC c/o STARTYOUROWNBUSINESSCD.com 7038 S. Grape Way, Centennial, CO 80122.

Shipping Rates and Procedures. STARTYOUROWNBUSINESSCD.com ships all U.S bound package orders via United States Postal Service. Current rates are $4.00 per order. Foreign bound orders are currently not available in most cases due to custom regulations on our products.

Warranty / Guarantee Statement. Warranty periods vary per CD ranging from 30 days to 180 days. Please read the item information to determine the warranty  for the produce you are interested in. 

Return Policy. Merchandise may be returned within 30 days (in most cases) of the original invoice date for a refund. Please return undamaged with the original CD case.
